We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how returns work at ONAGONE Market.
Your rights
Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015) you normally have:
- 14 days after receiving goods to cancel (cooling-off period) for most items.
- A further 14 days to return the goods after cancelling.
- Rights to a repair, replacement or refund if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
How to start a return
- Email car@onagone.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide the correct return address (suppliers use different facilities).
- Pack the item securely and send it back following the instructions we give you.
Personalised items
Made-to-order or personalised products may have limited cancellation rights once production has started. Check the product page for details.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return, normally within a few working days of receipt. Statutory rights are not affected.
