We are an online marketplace offering gifts, personalised items, fashion, homeware, toys and other products sourced from a range of suppliers. Operated by VIN SHIELD UK LTD (Company No. 16882412). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown on product pages and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs and the final total are confirmed at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and supplier stock. If an item cannot be supplied we will contact you and refund any payment.

Delivery

Delivery options appear at checkout. Products may ship from different suppliers and arrive separately. Most orders are delivered within 30 days of the contract, in line with UK law. See our Delivery page for more details.

Returns and cancellations

Consumers have a 14-day right to cancel after receiving goods (with limited exceptions for personalised items). Contact us for the correct return address before sending anything back, as suppliers use different facilities. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under UK consumer law.
